One-Year Warranty
All frames, springs, seams, and cushions are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship, under normal conditions, for one full year following the date of purchase. Porter International Designs, at its option, will repair or replace any defects covered under this warranty.
Cushions and foam will soften over time and with use. This is not considered a defect and is not covered under this warranty.
What is not covered under this warranty
Defects or damage to furniture caused by misuse, abuse, fire, flood, improper handling or storage, commercial use, or unauthorized repair are not covered under this warranty. Porter International Design’s liability under this warranty will at no time exceed the original cost of the product.
Fabric and leather are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Service
To obtain service under this warranty, please contact the dealer from whom the furniture was purchased. Any shipping and handling fees associated with returning furniture will be the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by this warranty. Repair or replacement, as determined by Porter International Designs, will be determined and performed as soon as practically possible.
